Short, Sweet and Complete

Don't let the short length fool you! In this class, you'll experience a complete practice, building strength and flexibility while you exercise your mindfulness muscle in this moderately-paced class for all levels.

Yoga for Recovery (On Insight Timer)

This class is for people who have a desire to abstain from addictive behaviors. We will enjoy a gentle movement practice designed to create an embodied, present-moment experience, focusing on topics from yoga that are relevant to our lives in recovery. Beginners to recovery and yoga are welcome! Note: Insight Timer App is required to view class.



Fridays at 5:30 PM PST

All Levels Mindful Flow

In this all-levels class, plenty of modifications will be offered to turn the intensity up or down as you like. Pace is slow, allowing us to meet our edge by holding poses for longer. This is a great class for everyone, including beginning and experienced practitioners, as well as for people with injuries or other limitations.
