Mixed Levels Mindful Flow (Online only)
Mondays 9:30 - 10:30 AM

In this mixed-levels class, plenty of modifications will be offered to turn the intensity up or down as you like. Pace is slow, allowing us to meet our edge by holding poses for longer, and making choices according to your comfort level is celebrated. Beginner friendly!


Strong Mindful Flow (Online only)
Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:45 PM

This challenging class will encourage you to find your edge by holding poses for longer and possibly experimenting with advanced asanas such as arm balances and inversions. This class is perfect for those with at least a few months of practice under their belts or fit beginners who are up for a challenge.
