Don't let the class length fool you! In this class, you'll experience a complete practice, building strength and flexibility while you exercise your mindfulness muscle in this moderately-paced class for yogis with some experience. Perfect for folks short on time.

This simple yoga class is for people who have a desire to abstain from addictive behaviors. We will have a short talk followed by a movement practice designed to create an embodied, present-moment experience. This class is appropriate for all levels. Beginners to both recovery and yoga are welcome!

The last hour will be dedicated to a mindful movement practice designed to create an embodied, present-moment experience. This class is appropriate for all levels. Beginners welcome!
